Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Litotime application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Subscription Terms
Litotime offers the following subscription options:
- Lifetime Pro: $14.99 USD — One-time purchase, valid forever
- Yearly Pro: $9.99 USD/year — Auto-renewing subscription
- Half Yearly Pro: $3.99 USD/6 months — Auto-renewing subscription
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. For auto-renewing subscriptions, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: All purchases are processed through Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Litotime and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your timetable data and content you create within the App remain your property.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Litotime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
